Policy for Infill Housing Passed - Best Housing News in Decades! Thank the City Council!

The Residential Infill Project (RIP), pushed by community groups for years, will do the following:

  • Allow up to six units to be built on a lot

  • Cut parking requirements

  • Encourage truly affordable housing

  • Make up to 24,000 new housing units in walkable neighborhoods possible over the next 20 years.
